TIPS FOR WRITING A GOOD LETTER :

  • You can get the Branch Code and Bank name and necessary details of the current branch from the Bank Pass Book or Bank Check Book.
  • Any other details can be checked from the web also.
  • You should sign the letter in the same way as you normally sign while withdrawing money from bank account or if you have not changed the signatures after opening the account,the same sing should be appended.
  • "Transferee Branch" means the branch to which you are transferring the Bank Account.
  • Take your Bank Passbook and latest KYC (ID and Address Proofs) with you to the branch office to avoid any unnecessary delays.
